New Ticket Policy at KU
Kansas has responded to the ticket scandal by revising the manner in which the ticket allocation system is administered. The oversight now includes the use of a forensic auditor and the implementation of a fraud hotline according to Mara Rose Williams of the Kansas City Star. The revamped program could be eventually become a model for other programs.
The University of Kansas is revising how sports tickets will be divvied up, bought and sold – and the new system will include more safeguards to prevent the kind of fraud uncovered this spring. To read more, click here.
