Is Cheerleading a Sport? Quinnipiac Case Will Provide Answer
The Quinnipiac volleyball players that have brought a Title IX lawsuit argue that cheerleading does not meet federally defined standards for a "sport" under Title IX. The case should resolve this hotly debated issue.
