Cal Poly SLO Looking at Conference Move?
WAC commissioner Karl Benson has mentioned Cal Poly on his shortlist of candidates recently, and he made it clear that the WAC is not looking for associate members. Cal Poly could be staying put in the Big West Conference while the football program continues in its Football Championship Subdivision or they may have to decide if moving to a an FBS conference for all sports makes sense.
