USC Sued Over Hiring of Assistant Coach
Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean reports that the NFL's Titans have sued USC and Lane Kiffen for interfering with the Titans' contract with an assistant coach who left to join the USC staff.
According to the lawsuit, "USC and Kiffin maliciously intended to — and did — induce Pola to breach his contract with the Titans." The lawsuit alleges that "USC and Kiffin engaged in improper means in their procedure of the breach and were not legally justified in their actions.'' To read more, click here.
