Fired Hoops Coach Wins in Court
The former women's basketball coach at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington won a $545,000 jury verdict in a Title IX retaliation lawsuit against the school according to Greg Jayne of The Columbian.
Trev Kiser coached at Clark from fall 1997 through March 2002. According to the lawsuit, “Clark College terminated Kiser because he took action promoting compliance with and expressing concern regarding non-compliance with Title IX.” To read more, click here.
