Neumann Cited for NCAA Hockey Violations

Sun, Jan 22, 2012

The NCAA cited Neumann University for “major violations” within its men’s and women’s hockey programs. The penalties for this violation include a public reprimand and censure, two years of probation from Jan. 19, 2012, to Jan. 18, 2014, a fine of $10,000 and a possible postseason ban.

The penalties will not affect the Division III national championship the Knights won in 2009.
