Utah State Reconsidering MWC
The Orlando Sentinel is reporting that Utah State is trying to recapture an invitation to join the MWC. The school had turned down an invitation to join believing that Fresno State and Nevada would do the same.
But would the MWC now take Utah State? Jon Wilner of the San Jose Mercury News brings up a good point on a recent blog post, if you are the Mountain West, why take Utah State? Why not focus on teams like Houston or SMU? Adding the Cougars or Mustangs would help bring a bigger national audience than say Utah State. To read more, click here.
