USC Stripped of 2004 Grantland Rice Trophy
As a result of the NCAA violations committed by USC, voters made up of the Football Writers Association have decided to strip the school of its 2004 national championship award. The trophy will not be awarded to another school.
The BCS has said it will likely force USC to vacate its title but won't act until the NCAA hears the Trojans' appeal. To read more, click here.
