As a part of your responsibilities, you will follow the regulations and guidelines of the national collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Missouri Valley Conference or the Missouri Valley Football conference, the Athletics Department and Illinois State University. Failure to do so may result in suspension without pay or termination of employment. In addition, the University follows the stipulation of the NCAA that violation of NCAA regulations shall be subject to disciplinary or corrective action as set forth in the provisions of the NCAA enforcement procedure, including suspension without pay or termination of employment for significant or repetitive violations. Your position is contingent upon your acceptance of these regulations and guidelines as stated and your continued adherence to them.
