Director of Business Operations-Miami University
Required Qualifications: Requires excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or a bachelor’s degree in another field with an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience requires the ability to manage operational and administrative activities related to the athletics industry, three years of professional work experience in operations and management; demonstrated ability of expertise in financial management; experience in hiring, supervising and managing staff. Proficiency using Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree, and a minimum of 3 years of Division I athletic department experience. Experience using an e-procurement system, Banner, and PeopleAdmin administrative systems.
