ASSISTANT MEN’S SOCCER COACH-Columbia University

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of competency in soccer skill instruction, motivation and conduct of practice sessions under the direction of the Head Men’s Soccer Coach. The ideal candidate will understand the role of intercollegiate athletics in a highly competitive academic environment; strong recruiting, teaching and coaching skills; an inherent ability to build and sustain positive relationships with athletic alumni and student-athletes; proven abilities in fan, friend and fundraising. Dedication to the mission of the University and commitment to gender equity and diversity are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
