ASSISTANT COACH – WOMEN’S SOCCER - Middle Tennessee State University
Assist the University’s Head Women’s Soccer Coach organize and administer all aspects of the NCAA Division I women’s soccer program: assist in all phases of the development of a quality NCAA Division I soccer program that will be competitive on the field and in the classroom within NCAA guidelines and in a professional manner. Make public appearances and speak at civic events within the community. Attend national and Sun Belt Conference coaches meetings and/or conventions to remain current of their sports and changes that occur. Expected to know and follow NCAA rules and regulations and successfully pass the recruiting test each year to recruit for the university. NCAA Compliance documentation will be completed accurately and turned in to the compliance office in a timely fashion.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •Bachelor’s degree •Two years of high school, college or professional coaching and/or playing experience at the college level •USSF and/or NSCAA licensing required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: •Master’s degree •Five years of high school, college or professional coaching and/or playing experience at the college level •Experience with the integration and management of multiple software systems to include computer based match analysis, recruiting, and conditioning analysis tools
